Meet Mr. Danny Snow
Danny Snow is known as one of the first traditional publishers to embrace e-books, blogs, podcasting, print-on-demand (POD) book publishing...and now social media.
A Harvard graduate, he founded Unlimited Publishing LLC, "The Professional POD Book Publisher," in 2000 and has been globally recognized for his work as a consultant to fellow authors and publishers, and as a public speaker and journalist.Danny has appeared as a speaker and moderator at many national publishing events including Book Expo America(BEA), the Independent Book Publishers' Association(IBPA) "Publishing University," and the North American Publishing Company's"PrintMedia" expos. As a journalist, he has served as a contributing editor for BookTech: The Magazine for Publishers and has written scores of articles for a variety of print and electronic media.
In 2008, he was named a Senior Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research(SNCR.org), a global think tank dedicated to the advanced study of new and emerging media. And in 2009, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the IBPA, and organization that serves over 3000 publishing firms across North America and around the world.
In addition to collaborating with Dan Poynteron the book titled, U-Publish.com, Danny has been widely quoted about new publishing and communication technologies by many major print and broadcast media, including AP, NPR, UPI, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, and the nationally-syndicated "Ask Heloise" radio show.
